I'm a public speaker, disability advocate and trainer who believes meaningful change starts with communication. As a non-verbal wheelchair user who communicates using my communication device, Bob, I share my lived experience to create genuine connections with every audience. My presentations are fun, engaging and informative, combining real stories with practical ideas that help schools, businesses and communities build lasting inclusion.

Meet Fin

Born and raised on the Sunshine Coast, I grew up with my mum, dad, brother and our family dog. I completed my schooling at Meridan State College, where I discovered a passion for making a difference in my community.

At just 15 years old, I was invited to help develop the Sunshine Coast's Disability Action Plan. That opportunity opened my eyes to the power of sharing my lived experience and inspired me to become a public speaker and disability advocate.
